It's not just a house, it's a statue
PRVOK is an oval “houseboat”, which provides a living area of 43m2 and has 2+kk. Do not look for rectangular walls here, and you will observe the surrounding landscape from the elliptical windows.
PRVOK is the first Czech experimental 3D printed house placed on water, which has attracted worldwide attention and won many international awards. News about Prvok has been published on all continents. You can now become its owner and invest in art and housing at the same time.
PRVOK is the work of Scoolpt.cz and was designed by sculptor and visionary Michal Trpák, who was passionate about combining modern technology, architecture and artistic principles to achieve a revolution in construction. The architecture of the house was inspired by the organic world using groundbreaking robotic 3D concrete printing technology.
The PRVOK weighs 43 tons and was originally placed on a pontoon on the Vltava River at Střelecký Island. The actual printing of the house with revolutionary technology took a total of 22 hours and its lifetime was set at a minimum of 100 years. Since the house has attracted admiration not only in the Czech Republic, it is a great investment opportunity. It can be used for housing, also as a holiday residence located on a body of water or on land, but above all it is an investment in art and the first such project to see the light of day in the Czech Republic.

PRVOK provides exclusive facilities where you can fully create your gastronomic delights in the Oresi kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, hot air oven, built-in dishwasher, fridge and washer-dryer. The living area forms the social and relaxing heart of the house. It houses a 3D-printed speaker system that rings out the rooms with crystal clear sound. For light comfort, iconic designer lighting from Czech glass company Brokis was installed here, which also supplied a glass screen made from recycled shards. The shelves were made from sub-fossil oak, six thousand years old, quarried in the Ostrava region.
Grohe steam baths elevate the bathroom to the ultimate SPA experience. A bedroom with a royal oak bed from the Novohrad Mountains and a custom-made mattress completes the furnishings of the house and offers guaranteed comfort for a good night’s sleep.
The house is connected to the water and electricity supply. It is energy-efficient and can be powered by photovoltaics, which can be placed on the currently green roof. The adequate temperature climate is taken care of by the central air conditioning located in the central living area.
